This was one of the most insulting experiences I have ever had. I will NEVER step foot in this "business" again. Owner was extremely condescending and refused to honor my pre-paid massage because I am pregnant. She took the side of the receptionist who lied and said she had no idea I was pregnant when I booked the appointment. Was never offered a different appointment, was never offered an apology. Was made to look like a liar and told that if I want a refund to go deal with Groupon. Still can't believe they would treat a customer like this. Can't believe this place is in business with the way they treated me like dirt.
