-What an excellent service and talk about responsive! They were clear in their explanations in their options available for cleaning out carpet. A couple of guys had come out and had all of our carpets cleaned out within about 40 minutes time for such a reasonable price. The carpets had looked brand new after they had finished up and by the time they were through they must have picked up nearly 3 tons of dog hair!!! This is despite the fact that I vacuum at least once a week. What a nice and deep clean. Their work was quick and efficient. I will certainly be using Payless Air Duct Cleaners the next time I need my carpets cleaned. 5 stars because all of the minor AND THE MAJOR stains were completely erased from my carpet. Job well done!

-These guys are just about the epitome of professionalism here! They had came right on time and I was explained the whole entire process and my various options in which I had. The best of all was that they had stayed with the quote I was given over the phone; very nice. The couch came out great and it just looks and it feels basically brand new again after a week's destruction from our sick kitty. Would recommend these guys highly for any future cleanings we will be needing. Probably a lot!!!

I gave them a ring; right away I was greeted by this lovely lady and she was able to schedule me in right away! I called and had an appointment for both a carpet cleaning and an air vent cleaning for the same day! Usually when I call other companies I have to wait ages to go ahead and get scheduled in for an appointment! Best of all the super duo of technicians came right on time and they gave me a courtesy call beforehand as well which was very nice. These guys came out and did the job, by the time everything was said and done; my air vents were spotless and so was my carpet too! Wow! Talk about great quality work here...all for a great price too!
