Do not hire Freddy's Electronics TV Repair listed on google doing business as Washington Electronic's TV Repair. Fredy the owner would not take responsibilities for the damages that he caused to our tv. We were looking for a company to come and repair our 60 inch samsung TV that needed a new main board replace since our power went out and our TV kept turning on and off repeatedly. We called Mr. Freddy to come out on Feb 18, 2019. He place our tv facing downward on our bed and unscrew the back cover with a power screw driver. After he examine what needed to be repair he place our tv back where it was. It never moved after that moment. He explain to us that the tv needed a new main board and that our quote was for $259 total with no additional charges. We paid in in full with a check on 2/18/19. He told us to make the check out to him instead of his business. We question why he would make the check out to himself instead of the business. He said that he's the owner and that in order for him to get the check cash out asap to order the parts and that he would provide a tracking number for the parts. We proceed to pay him and saw the check cashed out on 2/19/19. After calling him multiple times he provided us with a picture of the tracking number but it had no company name or where he purchased it from. When he came to install the parts we all discovered the tv had three internal cracks from where he had unscrewed our main board. He quickly packed up and refuse to refund our money

I have a Samsung 60 inch DLP that needed a color wheel to be replaced. I called Washington Electronics Fred answered the phone and he was extremely polite and knowledgeable. We set a time for them to come to my house and fix my TV. They were very punctual and professional. My TV works grate and I have not had any problems with it since then. I will definitely use them again in the future if I run into another problem with my TV sets. I definitely recommend them to all my friends.

I recommend Washington Electronics for great service. The technician came by the same day I called and left us a loaner while they repaired the tv module. This was wonderful since my mom has dementia and the tv is very important to her. When he delivered the component he adjusted the tv enhancing sound and picture and took the time to correctly install my DVD player and show me how to finally use it! I will use them in the future.
