Backdraft BBQ is a premiere BBQ catering company run by local Firefighters and their families, serving the greater Charleston SC area. We take great pride in the food we prepare and cook, and make all our rubs and sauces from scratch. Everything we make comes from our own recipes.   We cater for  Corporate Events, Private Parties, Family Reunions, Luncheons, Bridal Luncheons, Weddings and Rehearsal Dinners.
