I am a private practice psychotherapist in Colorado Springs, CO. I have been a practicing therapist for 15 years working in diverse settings: medical hospital, inpatient psychiatric hospital, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and law enforcement; helping people build on their strengths and focusing on what works for them. I hold a Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, a Master’s degree in Community Counseling, a Licensed Professional Counselor, and a National Board Certified Counselor, and a Certified Trauma Specialist. I utilize an integrated methods approach to counseling to insure a good fit for each client. I provide services to adults, geriatrics, individuals, adolescents, families, groups, couples, military, and first responders.
