Can't recommend, just horrible. Was quoted cheapest price around to fix cracked screen. Should have known better. Phone was ok about a day. A spot formed on the screen that got bigger & the screen became unresponsive. Was told at time of repair had 30 day guarantee. Brought phone back & spoke w/ Heidi who discouraged me from having it worked on again. Said it was common problem & was nothing that could be done. I insisted phone needed to be fixed right. She reluctantly took it back to be worked on. When I picked it up the owner, Jose gave me the same spiel. He said b/c the original glue was removed there was no barrier between glass & LCD screen & it would happen again. The spot was gone but the screen protector was scratched up, as if there was no actual work done, just Jose pushing at the edges until the glass & screen separated. The spot was back in 5 mins. I called other repair places to see if issue was as typical as iTech claimed, everyone said this was NOT a common occurrence & it sounded like they were using cheap materials or not performing the repair properly. I went back to ask for a refund. Jose was very rude and said no refunds but he would fix it again. I asked what he would do different this time and he told me he did not have to tell me what he was going to do. I said he already had two chances to fix, Jose still refused refund & continued to be rude and smug so I just left. Very unprofessional. Total rip off artists, avoid at all costs!
