If I could rate 0 stars, I would! 1st, the "employee" was 45 minutes late for the appointment. Charged me $160 for Wax, Wash, and Shampoo. Didn't wax anything but the headlights! PISS POOR JOB OF WASHING. Inside of the car was 7/10 and outside was 4/10. There were still dirt spots all around the car and especially around the lettering. Also, when I opened up the trunk, IT HADN'T EVEN BEEN VACUUMED OR SHAMPOOED! I called him and nicely asked if he could come back at his earliest convenience and take care of it since I had paid for it. He told me he would be back the very next morning. IT'S BEEN 2 WEEKS & THEY STILL HAVEN'T CAME BACK! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS, OWNER, & EMPLOYEE! EVERY TIME I CALL HIM, ALL HE KEEPS SAYING IS "WE'LL BE THERE TOMORROW"......NEVER COMES. WHAT A JOKE FOR A BUSINESS RATED SO HIGH.
