I have visited and purchased several hundreds of dollars from this establishment in the past. On April 5. 2016, I revisited this business to purchase light bulbs for wall sconces that I have purchased from this business in the past. The s....owner/counter person sold me a box of 60w Westinghouse bulbs for $10.65. I expressed concern that the bulbs might be too big for the wall sconces but was reassured that if they didn't fit I had the opportunity to return them. The s...... even insisted that he place slice marks on the rear so that I had easier access to the box. This way the return would not be a problem because he could resell them in good condition. On April 6, 2016, I returned to the business because the bulbs indeed were too big and I requested a refund. The s...... then pointed to the receipt telling me there would only be a store credit ? I expressed my displeasure and recalled our conversation from the previous day. The s...... then indicated on the receipt a notation : OK TO EXCH. Why would he need to indicate or note this when it clearly says on the bottom of the tag NO REFUNDS ? We had an oral agreement that he turned into a profit for himself when the time arose because he clearly had no intentions on making good on the purchase or refund. I noted in previous BBB complaints that this s....... has made similar bait and switches in the past which shows his character. STAY AWAY
