Thanks to our recent innovation: Quicker + Smarter = Better Diamond Appraisal Management Executives, aka DAMECO, is a residential appraisal management company. We handle the entire appraisal process from order inception to delivery of a completed appraisal report. DAMECO's goal was to create a solution for industry complaints that would help decrease appraisal turn times, save our clients money, and improve overall communication. DAMECO achieved this goal by creating a one-of-a-kind mobile application, which can be utilized by all three parties involved in the appraisal management process. Our simple to use mobile apps were designed with the input of industry experts, to eliminate the unnecessary delays that have unavoidably slowed the process in the past. With the use of our iOS and Android mobile apps, both client and appraiser, can communicate with DAMECO much easier as well as access their DAMECO portal anytime and anywhere. The DAMECO mobile app is available for both Android & iOS phone and tablet devices. If you would like more information or a DAMECO demo, please feel free to give us a call! (888) 993-3263
