I recently booked a vacation with CruiseOne Oceanside and I have to say what an incredible experience we had. Having to be up by 5.00 am, for the morning drive, to get on the Ship was a small price for the fun we had. I wanted to thank Kim for her excellent service! From the day that I phoned for a booking until the confirmation of the booking she was very professional, friendly and helpful. She was quick to respond to any questions that I had along the way. Our experience with Kim at CruiseOne Oceanside was spectacular. She worked very hard to get to know what was important to me. My cruise is going to be phenomenal, thanks to Kim. She initially worked hard to find me a solid deal on a "junior suite". That would be the SZ category. Then, out of the blue, she sends us an opportunity to upgrade to the SC, SB or SA Deluxe Suite category. These are the highest level of suites onboard. For thousands of dollars less, I am sailing in the SA Cabin 7064. I couldn't be more thrilled and so look forward to this dream vacation. I just returned from a 23 day custom tour arranged by Kim at CruiseOne Oceanside. What a great trip! I only had a couple weeks to plan my trip, but Kim was able to put together the perfect itinerary. The genius of travel planning is pacing and where and when to put your money. This was extraordinary. Kim picked perfect hotels for our needs, smaller guides for the key sites, open days in the right places for pacing. Kim was available during the trip when we had questions. Trips like this are complex, requiring many flights, transfers, bookings, etc. not one glitch and all great arrangements. My brother used her for his trip 6 months earlier, and also had a fabulous time and experience. This trip was truly the “Dream Vacation”.

I went on a wonderful group cruise with my family and friends for my sister's 21stl birthday and I must say that our travel agent, Kim at CruiseOne Oceanside was exceptional in organizing everything in detail for everyone. You can imagine how difficult it must have been getting everybody taken care of , but they made it look easy. We booked ten individual cabins with some being balcony and some interior and he was able to make sure that we were all on the same floor and very close to each other. We all really appreciated this detail. We were all given coupons and discounts for stuff on the ship and then was also given advice on the various ports of call that we visited. I was very impressed with Kim's professionalism and her wonderful kindness extended to us all. Thank you again Kim and James at CruiseOne Oceanside and I hope that your employer realizes what an asset you both are to have in this company. We will certainly book again with you soon.

I just returned from a fun cruise with my family to the Bahamas. Our agent, Kim, at CruiseOne Oceanside, did a great job helping us decide which type of room would work best for our family, and was very patient explaining our options for shore excursions and generally in explaining how things worked on a cruise.
