Tom Bradford is a good guy to do business with. he has many diiferant types of operations going, but not in one of them have I ever heard anyone say he does nt do what he says he will do. That is all i ask of people is to be honest. i can say Tom bradford is one of the few honest people in this world. I also let his company Thirsty Bird Mineral Research do all my title work on Oil and Gas leases. Does a professional job for a fair price. never have to ask him twice to do anything for you and he is always available when you call him. Now that is hard to find.
