I am a nurse and I have lots of travel expenses. I'd been audited for a few years due to the expenses that my accountant said that I had, and I didn’t have them. About 3-4 years ago when I retired, I took everything I got from my 401K. I was thinking that when I received the money the tax was deducted. I was incorrect. I was also wrong to assume the IRS wouldn’t get my government check. They garnished me for more than a year and I finally called these lawyers for assistance. I’m glad I did. I can finally rest in my retirement days.
