This business is horrible. Do not give them any of your money, they appear to be scammers and defintely do not care about their customers. Trust me, you have the ability to make a wonderful cover letter or resume on your own. There are tons of free tools available, just do your research and have faith in your own ability! But, above all else...don't trust these crooks. They advertise (supposedly, from other reviews I've read) some free trial for $1, but in the end they actually charge $39.95. Very dishonest. However, that didn't happen to me. Here's what did: My credit card was used fraudulently on their site and they treated me like a liar, telling me that I was wrong and had surely used my card on their site, refusing to do ANYTHING to help me. I basically handed them a free $40. I am a happily employed teacher who is NOT looking for another job. Even if I were, wouldn't need some internet company to build my resume. I did not use the service but was charged regardless. RGO Technologies is NOT TO BE TRUSTED!
