My Go To Spot for a GREAT burger! Scott and his crew make it an AWESOME stop!

Bacon Mac & Cheese burger is definitely a burger to try never have tried a burger like and it was exceptional not to mention the gentleman in the register is top class and provides great energy to those who come in and go I'd definitely come back no doubt it is the best burger place that I know of now!

If you need an amazing burger then you need to stop by Ty's burger. I had the Jalapeno burger and it was one of my favorite burgers that I've ever had.

I was in the neighborhood and was in the mood for a good burger. I had never noticed this place and always like trying new places so I went in. Yes, turns out it is fairly new. The place is very clean and I like the surf theme throughout. The menu is quite large and the burgers are even bigger! I have been watching my calories so I ordered one of the small burgers. 1/4 lb combo, fries and drink around $5. Everything was great but the thing that impressed me the most is that the owner came over to my table to ask me for an honest opinion about their new fresh cut seasoned fries which are different than any I have ever tried. I told him that because at first look I thought that they were burnt. Turns out that they were anything but. Just very seasoned and yummy. I would recommend this place to all and next time I will try the giant fruit topped salad the lady next to me was having.

Went on a quest to find the best burger joint in town, Nessie off the 15 and 76 was great but to far, plus they moved to a new location. Walk into Ty's Burger House and found a new home, love the atmosphere, location, and mom & pop feeling. But best of all the burgers, been going down there menu and trying each burger they have, almost at the bottom of the list. No complaint about the service. No matter how busy they are I always get my burger pretty quick. Sit back, enjoy.

Burger house made the best burgers ever! The bacon bleu cheese burger is my favorite. Unfortunately it seemed the last couple of times I've gone the quality has dipped. I still go cause it's still better than most.

We eat at Ty's Burger House often. They have great burgers - we've tried almost all! We Love the specialty and wild game burgers: the Buffalo is delicious, but my favorite is the Wild Boar. Tasty! For you beef lovers, they have a wide variety of treatments for regular burgers and they're all quite good. The restaurant is very chill, with exposed brick and surf videos playing. The owner is awesome and has a great memory. The best part? The outdoor space in the back of the restaurant. It's an extremely charming space.

I'm not from Oceanside, but I found this place online while looking for places to eat since my husband and I were going to be in town. I had called beforehand to find out the average price of a bill with 2 people eating and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful on the phone. When I walked in today I was greeted with the same friendless. The food was brought to our table and it looked delicious. It tasted amazing! You can really tell the ingredients are fresh. My husband was also impressed that the staff didn't just stand around when they were done taking an order, they cleaned and made sure things were organized. While eating the staff came to our table to see how we enjoyed the food and made sure we didn't need anything. My husband had the Pastrami Burger. I tried the pastrami and it tasted really good, and I don't normally like pastrami. I had the Western Bacon Cheeseburger and it was fantastic. The BBQ sauce was so so good, it definitely wasn't from a bottle. We will definitely return when back in Oceanside.

The burgers are great with huge selection of meat, including grass fed beef. The fries rock, as do the salads. And you can enjoy it all with beer on tap. Great food, locally owned and run. A must try!!

I am usually not one for writing reviews but I felt compelled to do so. I had Googled the best burger in Oceanside and Ty’s Burger House is one of the restaurants that came up. After looking at the menu I decided this is where we would go. I ordered that Black & Blue Cheese Burger and let me tell you that thing was absolutely delicious! Go order that burger and you won’t regret it!
