I recently suffered a frozen water line and drain in my bathroom. Active Rooter responded promptly to my house, assessed damages and began working to fix the problem. Both servicemen were respectful and cleaned up as they worked. The scope of worked changed after a different problem was discovered. They asked for permission to expand the scope of work rather than just surprising me at the end with a bill. In the end they fixed the drain, which was the solution I needed. They provided a premium service at a premium price but I would gladly hire them again if I have more plumbing problems.

After having another sewer cleaing company out to "clean" my sewer lines, tonight I had an issue with water backing up into my basement just two days after. At 8:30pm Mark from active rooter came out to my house (during the NBA playoffs) and was able to fix the problem. Mark was professional, skilled, and extremely thorough, first using high powered jets to flush the line, then a 6 inch snake to clear obstructions, then a camera to double check his work. If that wasn't enough, Mark ran the snake and then the camera through again and explained what he was looking for so that any customer would be able understand the process. I will be having Active rooter back yearly for regular maintenance. Clearly Mark has a strong work ethic and the skills and technology to get the job done. Thanks for the great work Mark!

I want to THANK Active Rooter for their prompt response today. Mark and his son were here promptly and very courteous. They cleaned out my laundry room drain and explained what happened that caused the backup. They've also explained a process that we'll need to have done that will clean every drain in this house. I appreciate their hard work and dedication.
