Customer service was a little surly to me over the phone at first but the rest of the process went GREAT. The team that arrived to deliver the dumpster helped me pick the perfect spot and ensure I understood what could and could not go into the dumpster. They picked it up right on time 3 days later and also helped me clean up a little of the mess surrounding the dumpster. Aside from some minor scrapes on the pavement in front of my home, there’s no sign that the dumpster was here. I plan on working with Eagle for my next renovation project.

Prices were great and there were no issues regarding delivery or pickup. Billing was clearly explained upfront and Eagle was extra patient while I asked questions about overage fees. At the end of the day, the bill was actually less than I had budged for. I would recommend using Eagle dumpster rental and plan on using them for future renovations and cleanups.

The team at Eagle was unfailingly helpful throughout my roll-off rental. They delivered an accurate estimate upfront. The team actually showed up just a little early to pick up the next week, but they were super relaxed and didn’t rush us. They were just about to haul away the dumpster when I realized I had forgot a pile of wood in the corner of my garage, so they hung out while I could fit it all in.
