With over 25 years of practice with the chakra system and wellness industry, Michelle has become a master at her art. Using a holistic approach, Energized Coaching is devoted to the overall health, well being and happiness of others, which is demonstrated through thoughtfulness, knowledge, and coaching skills. Working with people and animals is energizing. However, working with people and animals using a holistic approach is a passion. Energized Coaching uses a holistic approach to achieve overall health, well-being, and discovery. As a Reiki Master, coach, mediator, and Chakra “guru”, Michelle uses her knowledge and talent to help people build on their strengths as well as face their challenges head on. She guides people directly and supportively, and helps clients identify and appreciate their own gifts. In addition, Energized Coaching aids in giving people gratitude, allowing them to approach their personal and professional life with greater passion and enthusiasm.
