Last year I opened my first restaurant and was looking for a POS system. After doing research, I selected Leaders Merchant Services POS mostly because of the great rates and service. It seems to be working well. I'm pretty satisfied with them.

It’s easy to recommend Leaders. Our fees are now a lot lower than what we were paying with our previous credit card processing company. Also, funds appear in our account faster. Leaders is a winner!

After other credit processing companies, I really appreciate Leaders Merchant Services straightforward approach. Application process was very fast and equipment was pre-tested so we could switch over with no downtime. And lower fees are a big plus, too.

I no longer have to worry about processing payments manually! A few weeks after sign up, my equipment was sent to me and I was able to set it up the same day! I have been enjoying it ever since! Mobile pay is great and my card reader is very fast and efficient!

I can’t believe I waited this long to switch to Leaders Merchant Services… I had a problem with one of my older POS terminals and they were able to set me up with a new one all in a days’ notice! Their 24/7 technical support is super convenient and a major bonus too!

Called for a free quote and was pleasantly surprised how helpful and informative they were! I was able to receive my machine in just a few days and it’s been great ever since! Initially, I had a problem with one terminal, but they were able to fix it right away without any problems. So thankful for the 24/7 support they offer, which I can’t say about my previous company!
