It’s easy to recommend Leaders. Our fees are now a lot lower than what we were paying with our previous credit card processing company. Also, funds appear in our account faster. Leaders is a winner!

After other credit processing companies, I really appreciate Leaders Merchant Services straightforward approach. Application process was very fast and equipment was pre-tested so we could switch over with no downtime. And lower fees are a big plus, too.

I can’t believe I waited this long to switch to Leaders Merchant Services… I had a problem with one of my older POS terminals and they were able to set me up with a new one all in a days’ notice! Their 24/7 technical support is super convenient and a major bonus too!

Leaders Merchant Services has great customer care service. Every time that I call, the sales reps are very courteous, helpful, and take care of the business right away or let me know what to do. I noticed that beginning of every year, in Jan/Feb, there are extra charges. So, I called them and they let me know how to take care of that. I just have to go online and do a few things, and the percentage goes down again.

I no longer have to worry about processing payments manually! A few weeks after sign up, my equipment was sent to me and I was able to set it up the same day! I have been enjoying it ever since! Mobile pay is great and my card reader is very fast and efficient!

Called for a free quote and was pleasantly surprised how helpful and informative they were! I was able to receive my machine in just a few days and it’s been great ever since! Initially, I had a problem with one terminal, but they were able to fix it right away without any problems. So thankful for the 24/7 support they offer, which I can’t say about my previous company!
