I know James and his team because of my involvement in a Lexington trade group where he is a contractor. He has done roofing work for me, for other people I know, and several homes in my neighborhood. I like James for his positive attitude and honest character. I believe he treats his clients in an ethical manner. When he worked for me I felt that I was treated fairly and given good customer service. James and his team inspected my roof and suggested I file an insurance claim, which went through successfully. They did a good job, they followed through, and did everything they said. The roofing work looks good, and I have had no issues. My husband is very careful and watched the work being done and was satisfied that our roof was done well.
