Lifestyle. Exercise. Attitude. Nutrition. I am passionate about helping families regain control of their health by eating healthy, being active and living a happier lifestyle. With a family of my own I understand how making the right choices, making time and having energy can be overwhelming and that is why I am here to help you. The L.E.A.N workshops teach that being healthy is not only about eating healthy foods, but its about how your lifestyle, exercise, attitude and nutrition can positively or negatively affect your behavior, learning, attitude, energy levels, attention and more. Participants attending L.E.A.N workshops have the opportunity to join others on this journey while building relationships in a fun, safe and relaxed environment. Think of it as a large support group for your health and for the health of your family. During my workshops participants will learn about the L.E.A.N program and what L.E.A.N means, participate in hands on learning activities, indulge in simple yet delicious snacks while sharing their successes and challenges of living a healthier life.
