Worst experience ever. I missed my flight because Mega doesn't have a shuttle to get me to the Terminal 6. I travel frequently and was trying out Mega for the first time because the cheaper rate. I had to wait almost 40 mins for a shuttle which led to me missing my flight to Hawaii. I already checked in online, but baggage terminal was closed (30 mins prior to take off). I had to wait for 3 weeks to hear back from the manager at Mega that Mega will not compensate for my loss even though it was Mega's fault, for the 40 minutes wait, plus 20 minutes to get to the terminal. The manager's name is Mann, he is nice and has dealt with me professionally, but nice is not going to cut it when your parking service cannot live up to the promise it has per its advertisement. Mega's advertisement stated that it has shuttle service to LAX every 10 to 15 minutes. But Mega does not have enough shuttles to get its customers to the airport. I strongly advice everyone NOT to use this airport parking.
