Metropolis maintained extremely poor financials for our HOA. We spoke to auditors who did not want to work with them because of this poor record keeping. We even had supporting documentation that went missing under their watch and therefore audits could not be conducted.

We have had this management company for a few months and we are so happy with the service, the software and the technology they use. No other company we have had in the past has had this level of technology. There is always a live person and response time within 24 hours has so far has been always.
