I have been renting my home from Benchmark for about 1 year. They have been great to work with, and very responsive to my needs. I had some caulking in the bathroom which needed to be re-done, and a problem with the garage door opener. Anything that needed attention was done in just a couple of days of me reporting them. Cheryl is very courteous and knowledgeable. Everyone at Benchmark has been super to work with! They have taken good care of me, and I would highly recommend them!

After some delays with a contractor, Liz, our agent got a new contractor who promptly replaced the window screens and blinds, and installed a brand new dishwasher. They replaced a toilet and cleaned out the sewer line. And just the other day, they installed a new garbage disposal.. Ana is great. And all the maintenance people have been great.
