Wedding Party Yoga also available. Stretch, strengthen and energize your mind, body and soul with a private yoga session for you and your wedding party. Enjoy a one and a half hour gentle yoga session including guided relaxation. If time and space aren't available, I offer a ten -minute session of guided breathing and centering. I encourage you to breathe and relax and stay present during your weddi
