It was bound to happen. Four days into my brand new apartment and I get locked out when I'm letting the IKEA delivery guy into my building. Though I'm glad I chose to wear shoes, I had nothing besides (thankfully) my cell phone in tow so the first thing I did was call Anchor Locksmith Store. We had met before and I'd heard great things but he truly is a miracle worker. Despite the short notice and his busy work schedule, he made time for me and showed up thirty minutes later at my door. It took him about 10 seconds to get into my apartment. Aside from my concern over how easy it was for him to break in, I was incredibly grateful. Service with a smile and efficient work. Leave it to me to be a drunkass and lose my keys one month into moving into my new apartment after having lived in doorman buildings with extra keys for the past 8 years... Finally decided I needed to get a new lock installed, and called this place on a late Saturday afternoon. When I told him I'd like him to come "as soon as possible" he said he would be able to come the next morning since I'm on the UWS...fine with me. About an hour and a half later he called again saying that he had a recommendation for a place closer to me that could come right away if I would like, since it sounded "urgent". Now THAT is amazing customer service. Todd installed my lock within 20 minutes and I will never use anyone else. Super nice, legit (i.e. non shady), and professional. I dreaded finding a locksmith to install a deadbolt on my new apartment until I found Anchor Locksmith Store online yesterday afternoon, with glowing Online reviews and a modern web presence. He completely lived up to his positive reputation, and I will recommend him to everyone I know, and keep his number in my cell phone in case I'm ever locked out at 4am. Mike was available to come to Puyallup, WA within hours of my call, and promptly e-mailed me a Paypal invoice for the price of the deadbolt as advertised on his website. He arrived at the scheduled time, and had the deadbolt installed within minutes. I can't recommend him highly enough, especially compared to every other shady locksmith I've encountered in the city.

Mike was very pleasant, on time, and got the job done in about 15 minutes! i couldn't recomend these guys enough!!! I moved in to a walkup from a doorman elevator buildling, and i needed the cylinder of my top lock changed, i opted for the high security lock (I wasn't pressure at all to spend the extra money on one of these) and i'm happy i did!
