Very disappointed , contract came with different info than given on phone. called to have corrected and was told that thats their prices. i did not sign the contract and told them didnt want dumpster. They delivered it and left it at my customers house for over 4 weeks empty. i notified them 3 x to remove they refused unless i sign contract . i did not after 4 weeks i notified owner of container what has transpired that dumpster rental had 3 emails 3 calls to remove empty dumpster from premises , and they refused unless i sign contract which i did not . owner very nice understood and picked up his empty container that day . it was still empty. Wednesday I have pictures . TODAY THE LOW LIFES AT DUMPSTER RENTAL INC FRAUDULENTLY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD 2 MORE TIMES ! ONCE FOR TIME THAT THEY LEFT CONTAINER THERE WEEKS AFTER THEY WERE TOLD TO MOVE IT AND THE FOR OVER WEIGHT CHARGE ON AN EMPTY CONTAINER ! HOW IS THERE A OVER WEIGHT CHARGE FOR AN EMPTY CONTAINER ! THIEVES , LAIRS AND CRIMINALS . BANKING FRAUD CHARGES TO FOLLOW.
