WARNING!! Do not use Armadillo. They came out to check out my dryer and charged a $65 diagnostic fee. The guy told me that they would call me that night or the next morning with an estimate. The next day came and went with no callback from them. I called them and they said that they would call me back shortly. After a week of leaving a few voicemails for them with no callback, I called Sears and set up the work with them. 18 days after the initial consultation, the lady texts me an estimate. I told her that I had already contracted the work out and that I would need my $65 back. She refused and told me that they had made several attempts to contact me earlier. This is a total boldfaced lie. I have zero missed calls from them and no messages. These people are total scammers. Negative 10 stars if it were possible. They run this racket with a cellphone and no address; this should have told me all that I needed to know. There is another review on Google where they did the same thing to someone else.
