I've had the pleasure of working directly with Mr. Cardinal on Carnegie Hall, the New Victory Theater, a penthouse in TriBeCa (N. Moore) and a townhouse on the upper West Side of Manhattan (W74th Street) and in each case I was impressed with not only Jay's conservator expertise but also his construction and materials knowledge. He is someone that all who own an existing building should consider hiring, and if you're in a Landmarks District or building shouldn't hesitate bringing him on board as it will ensure the protection of that investment. His expertise, skill and knowledge is not surpassed by anyone I've met in my long 35+ year career. ~Nick Buccalo, Architect
