Last week I had 3 new wood windows installed in my home in Norwood Park. Mr. Edward visited me and checked all 10 windows finding that 7 just required minor adjustments while three facing the front yard had rotten frames and unrepairable cranks. I was pleasantly surprised listening to his opinion, I was honestly expecting some typical salesman pitching replacement of all windows and maybe even doors. Nowadays it’s hard to find a contractor that cares more about being honest than about making money. Thank you Mr. Edward.
