We’ve been in business since 2009, starting out primarily as an SEO company (hence the name “SEOteric”). It is a play on “esoteric” which means “intended for or likely to be understood by only a small number of people with a specialized knowledge or interest.” SEO as a process and as an industry is by its very nature esoteric, so it certainly seemed to fit.
