I knew the time would come when I would need to get my locks changed.. the only thing I didn’t anticipate was it coming so early! I wanted a lock problem fixed, and a friend's recommendation couldn't come by until a week in the future. Expert Locksmith Services was able to send John on the very same day - which was fortunate because I made the original problem a lot worse by fiddling with things. John did great work and was very pleasant and courteous. And I thought the final price was definitely reasonable. Just had Arthur help out tonight with my apartment in Vancouver , WA. Called up and a nice girl answered the phone, was told an ETA. Arthur showed up really professional and nice. Called Expert Locksmith Services to have my deadbolt changed. 15 minutes later, Mike, a friendly, honest, and helpful guy arrived at my door. Mike explained that my door wasn't in great shape, and actually convinced me to buy a cheaper lock than the one I originally requested. 5 minutes later, the new lock was installed. If you've ever dealt with other locksmiths, you may have felt pressured to buy something you didn't need. That won't happen with these guys.
