Poor service and false promises. Full of lies. I would never travel with them again for Hajj. I would not recommend to anyone to do business with this agency.

Dawn Travels is a Gang of fraudulent people. Gang of penny savers. Gang of liars. Gang of everything but good.

They hide bad reviews with fake reviews and that's what got me to made a huge mistake and selecting them for doing hajj 2019. Please stay away from them. There might be a lot of similar agencies out there who are doing the same things as them and tricking people with fake reviews. So do a thorough research before selecting any of the travel agencies for Hajj. You are not going to get what you paid for, whoever says that is a fraudster.

Worst service, false advertisement. Do not get what you pay for. You can get very good service with the amount you are paying to them. They will hide the details from you until you reach there for Hajj and then boom there is no one there to guide you. Do not believe the fake self planted reviews.

I laughed when i got to knew that they had 2 decades of experience.... Yeah they do have the experience... But they are just experienced in lying and scamming... don't trust them

Do not believe in the fake positive reviews, these are fraudulent people planting fake reviews themselves. And even people who are real might have gotten lucky or got some sort of deal with them. Dont trust anything good about them.

These people can be described as professional liars and sophisticated scammers. From their agents to the CEO, all are the same. They will hide important details and information from you and would only pressure you to deposit the money to they account as soon as possible. This is all they care about. These people are running another agency which I know if providing the same hajj services just with a different name to try out their luck as they have been running out of it lately for their poor service delivery. I have taken this experience as a lesson and its my obligation now to make my fellow muslim brothers and sisters aware of such low class people. Please spread your word and do not believe a single word of goodness for them, It will only be from people who don't know anything about travel or people are just cant have the gut's to speak up. Yes there will be 10 to 15% of people who might be satisfied from what they have received but majority disagrees

This is a very bad travel agency. You should stay away from this agency. Specially for Hajj services. They have all fake reviews and now they also have removed the review section from their facebook page after people started to spit out the truth. I would suggest you to do thorough research before deciding to travel with them.

Not a Good Agency For Hajj I had a very bad experience with them and I cannot write everything here in details as its not allowed. But only thing I would say is to stay away from this agency.

SubhanAllah I have had the very best experience. it was my very first time going to Hajj 2018 and I did not know what to anticipate, however, Alhamdulillah the Stuff at Dawn Travels made the experience very simple directing all of us the method. the resorts and also transportation were just impressive; I can say that I have had one of the most remarkable time with them. the group was outstanding and we saw numerous archaeological sites in Saudi Arabia. I would certainly recommend Dawn Travels to every person.
