So I used to work with these guys and at first things were good. Had some hiccups along the way but as soon as I noticing I was getting fed more excuses on why the work I brought to this company was not getting done that's when I started getting worried. These guys have had insurance proceeds from every single one of my customers I brought in between August and late November of 2019, guess what, it's March of 2020 and my own parents house in Pueblo West, which the company has $28,000 of their insurance proceeds by the way, nothing has been done a not even a permit pulled they have had their money since August of 2019!! This is by far outrageous and beyond unethical for a company to withhold money and have nothing done for any amount of time let alone 6 months. I have yet to be paid for the work I have brought in. They are not only not doing the work they promised they would do, they are withholding funds or have spent those funds on other things rather than doing the work for what the money was for. They have yet given me a logical excuse as to where the money we salesman have brought in or any updates on when work will start.. they have also promised to give me a call to go over any updates for weeks now and that simple phone call has still not happened. I hate having to post this type of review because it truly deserves a 0 rating but in order for the problems I have gone thru with this company I hope this doesn't happen again to anyone. Primestar u have shown me one good thing along this short journey I have had with u , HOW NOT TO RUN A COMPANY.. good luck By the way I see u can respond to reviews and say they are untrue but will not hold up to your own words and even call someone to update anyone of the customers you have.
