The worst property managers ever! I have rented from many different managers. I set automatic rent payments from my checking account and always take good care of the homes i rent. I expect the manager to respond within at least a few days when I put in a maintenance request. The sewage backed up twice because of tree roots in the two years we were there. Both times they ignored our calls for at least 2 days. Average response time was about a week. For 18 months at least part of a bathroom didn't function. A toilet was out of commission for a few weeks. A sink wasn't functional for 2 months. Two bathtubs had constant drips and when one of them got so bad that it was running instead of dripping, they simply turned off the hot water to that bathtub for over a year. I called and notified them that we would be moving the following month, giving them 32 days notice. The contract required 30 days. After thoroughly cleaning the house, I turned in my key and asked for my security deposit back. At that time they informed me that I had not given them notice, because it wasn't in writing. They didn't mention that when I called. They took photos of the house exactly how I left it (no further cleaning required) and they still haven't returned my deposit. Do NOT rent from them!
