I had a wonderful experience with Fastair, as they saved the day after a horrible experience with another company. The gas furnace in my rental home decided to break. I called another company, they came out then said they were waiting for a part which finally showed up 4 days later. Service man put in new part, it still didn't work. He said he couldn't fix it, and i needed a new one. I called Fastair, and set me up with an appointment the same day. They came out and after a bit, fixed it! They were professional, courteous, very thorough, and answered all my pesky questions. Fastair is my new heating company, they're great!
