Cox Electrical were excellent. He diagnosed the problem over the phone and arranged to come and fix it the next day. His diagnosis over the phone was bang on and he completed the work to find and fit with bedroom lights without any fault within the hour as he'd predicted. Knowledgeable and informative, wouldn't hesitate to recommend and we shall be using him for any electrical work in the future.

Although the job was quite simple (extractor and wall switch installation and connection to mains), he understood exactly what we wanted.
