I’d been duped in the past by several locksmiths, overcharged for basic services, provided shoddy work, sold cheap duplicates and more. Lost the keys to my car and didn't have a replacement. Called in the morning and received a call back from Paul. He came that afternoon, on time and even called ahead to let me know he was 20 minutes away.
Very nice guy and after calling other dealerships for prices, he was reasonable and much more convenient than having to tow my car to the dealership.
He was also efficient and knew exactly what to do, and was in and out in 20 minutes. If only everything in life was this easy, upfront and efficient.
