Hello and welcome to my Beach Body fitness business. My name is David Miller and I am married with three beautiful children. As a U.S. Marine Veteran that has traveled the world and served in Iraq and Afghanistan I understand the importance of living a healthy active lifestyle. I came to Beach Body after 12 years of in and out gym activity and found it really hard to stay motivated to keep in great physical condition. At the time of my honorable discharge from the military I was in top physical condition and in transition to civilian lifestyle I found myself gaining weight and becoming lazy while not really caring about nutrition and exercise. I used having a family, working, inflating economy, and any other excuse you can think of to justify my health decline. Fast forward to the present day and time... Beach Body has officially smashed and destroyed all the excuses I was making about not taking care of myself and caring about my physical as well as emotional well being as they are 2 in the same. I FEEL GREAT!!!! I honestly feel better than I have in all my life even better than at 21 years old in the U.S. Marine Corps!!! This is just the beginning and I am having so much fun and I can't believe how easy it is with all resources that Beach Body offers.
