I live in Dayton , OH , he drove to me within 30 minutes of calling at 11pm on a Wednesday night. It took him 7 minutes flat to get my bathroom door open that I stupidly locked myself out of. Without at doubt 5 STARS. I wish I could give them 100! I own a hair salon in Dayton , OH and needed our lock for our front door changed. I e-mailed them in the morning, they gave me quick reply. I forgot the combination to the safe, having changed it the previous day. I’d written it down somewhere but had misplaced the slip of paper. I'm right there with everyone else - Interstate Locksmith Shop absolutely deserves their great ratings. After I had my purse stolen - with wallet and keys inside - I was dreading having to call around and figure out a locksmith to come and replace my locks. When I called Shon, they didn't have as many reviews here yet (this was over a year ago), but those that were there were good, so I gave them a shot. And I'm so happy I did - Shon was able to come by first thing the next day, and this was after contacting them late in the evening. Fast, punctual, professional, honest about prices - and on top of all this which I would consider quite enough to earn the 5 stars - he was super nice to my little niece and roommate's dog who were fascinated by what he was doing.
