I rather opted to do things on my own, when my lock went bust one day.. after all, how hard could it be to install a lock? But I figured out how wrong I was. This is my second time already that I'd left my keys in the apt and the first time I call these guys. This is such a courteous and professional operation that has some of the best prices my hubby and I have seen in the city when it comes to emergency situations. We were lucky and had Gorge come to our rescue. What a sweet, courteous and considerate individual. FANTASTIC LOCKSMITH SERVICE AND PRICES!! We came home after a night out to find that our babysitter had not only locked herself out of our apartment she left the keys inside but she called a random locksmith to bust the door and let her in. We were left with a $140 bill and a busted lock! We called Royal Locksmith Store to come fix it at 10:30 PM. They were here in 17 minutes, fixed the lock and hardly charged us anything. He’s got a remarkable personality. Friendly, fun and courteous, he kept explaining every step of the process so I wouldn’t feel left out.
