Lori stepped in to help our family over the 4th of July weekend, and we had an absolutely fantastic experience. We have two older dogs, and this was our first time using a professional pet sitter, so we were nervous all around. Lori took the time to explain her process, and was very proactive in sending updates and pictures throughout the week. We were out of the state on vacation, and she did everything to make us feel comfortable and up to date on our pets. She even left detailed notes on what she did while we were away. I would recommend Lori and her services to anyone looking to have a worry-free vacation away from pets. Thanks Lori!
