Our car key broke off in the ignition this morning. I saw that Expert Locksmith Store had gotten great reviews online & gave them a call. The assistant took my info & said that Paul would call right back which he did 2 minutes later. He said he'd be at my location in approx 25 to 30 mins. He was there in 25 mins (which was great because the temp was starting to drop & all I had on was a light coat). Henrry went right to work and was successful in removing the broken part of the key from my car's ignition. He was very polite & professional and I would highly recommend him to everyone!

The ignition cylinder in my car was broken and wouldn't turn, preventing it from starting. After calling around, Paul by far sounded the most friendly & knowledgable, so I decided to give them try. After stupidly locking myself out of our bedroom, I called around and Expert Locksmith Store was the most reasonably priced ($99.00) and available to come out within 20 min. He was able to unlock the door easily with a contraption I wish I owned. Offered to create a new key for the lock although I passed. Going to change the handle out for one that doesn't lock instead.
