We have been developing e-commerce websites for independent retailers that generate significant increases in revenue since 2001. We champion technological change; the great equalizer. We strongly believe that small independent companies that intelligently manage evolving technologies have the advantage over lumbering, sluggish, impersonal behemoths. The Amazons and eBays are unable to compete on a grandular level with small adaptive companies. Mammoth corporations, for example, cannot deliver true consumer personalization or quick and detail-oriented customer service. Large corporations are not able to adapt and change as quickly as smaller nimble businesses. We are a research and consulting firm within an Ecommerce design/development firm. We believe that Ecommerce website design is not simply a matter of aesthetics. What are you trying to say about your company through design? How will what you’re trying to say be interpreted by your target audience? Demographical research must inform design considerations. What are the Best Practices for delivering pleasurable online shopping experiences for your customers? If your site’s functionality isn’t spot on you’ll experience high levels of cart abandonment. We are small, smart and adaptive. For almost 14 years we’ve helped small independent retailers from around the globe remain relevant in the ever-changing e-retail industry. We are good listeners, good communicators and creative problem solvers.
