It goes without saying, that finding the best amidst countless others can be quite a daunting task. And when it comes to locksmith services, the bitter experiences I’ve had with them are far too many to narrate. Thankfully, I stumbled upon Galaxy Locksmith Store’s website http://www.Seattle.Neighborhood-Locksmith-Store.com around a month ago. I was desperately in a need for a spare key to hand out to my friend and called the first firm I found online. Edward, the guy sent to my place, was one of the most talented locksmiths I’d ever come across. He got the job done in minutes and charged me next to nothing for it. Extremely happy with their service and pricing! My only regret is not having discovered their services earlier! If you live in and around Bensenville , IL, Galaxy Locksmith Store is your go-to locksmith.

I enquired in a couple of places in Bensenville and almost everyone told me that I needed a replacement – all except for Galaxy Locksmith Store. Kevin agreed to come have a look at the fob and attempt to fix it, which he did. It barely took him 5 minutes to fix the loose wiring and get it working again. Thanks for getting the job done in the most cost-effective manner! Hire them for honest and affordable service. Highly recommend it!

Thanks Galaxy Locksmith Store ! The man has glowing reviews for a reason - because his service is professional, efficient & on-top-of-it. This was one of the only sites that quotes prices upfront - check. Dan presented options w/ no pressure - check. He does the job w/ a smile & a sense of humor - check. The service is top notch & that's what what matters the most. I will recommend Galaxy Locksmith Store to anyone and everyone. Dan has a wide range of locks and will explain the differences in price points and features -- it's up to you to pick the one you want. I ended up with the deadbolt for the simple fact that I can take it with me.

Jefrry was incredible. I've never come across such a kind-hearted stranger before... As luck would have it, I got locked out of my apartment the day I moved in, which happened to coincide with the weekend that Jeffry went out of town AND his back-ups called in sick, so there was no one from Galaxy Locksmith Store to help me out. I could sense that Jeffry was truly sorry that this was happening, and then referred me to another company and told me exactly what to say. When it turned out they were closed, he told me to let him know when I found someone, and again when I was in my apartment. The guy that did end up showing up at my house immediately wanted to drill, but thanks to Jefrry I knew what to say to avoid that and another $350+ out of my pocket. When I called to let him know that I was in my apartment and told him what happened, I heard his girlfriend in the background exclaim her happiness over that - that's how nice they are! Just in case this happens again, I've saved his number - I WILL be referring him out to others as well! And may I add - thank goodness for the iPhone and Online app! Thanks Guys!

I recently contacted Galaxy Locksmith Store about replacing some locks in my office. After setting a time of 3pm, Max contacted me by text message to let me know he was nearby and was available to meet a little earlier. Right off the bat I was impressed by how professional and considerate he was of my time. Once at our office, Max did an assessment on our locks and gave us very solid advice on the best replacement options. We set a follow up appointment for the next morning and he arrived promptly at 11am to start the job. Max replaced 3 locks in under an hour and was kind enough to go over the keys and how each of the locks were installed for the best and safest usage. I'm very happy with the work Galaxy Locksmith Store performed and they are completely deserving of a 5 Star rating!
