Great locksmith – and excellent prices! I called nearly 3 other locksmiths for the job, but the price quoted by Locksmith Master Shop was the lowest. Without hesitance, I hired them. The technician arrived within 20 minutes and was very friendly and helpful. There were some adjustments to be made on the fly, but Kevin didn’t charge us anything extra for additional labor. The new locks and fixed door knobs work perfectly and better than they ever did – and it’s all thanks to Kevin. We’ll definitely use Locksmith Master Shop the next time we need a locksmith in Willow Grove, PA….

Hired Locksmith Master Shop last weekend and I’m floored by their service and professionalism. I needed an extra set of keys for the lock but couldn’t meet them until 6 30 pm, which seemed to be no problem for them. Showed up right on time and made keys out of his mobile workshop. They were a perfect fit! Thanks for the prompt and precise work. The next time I need a locksmith in Willow Grove, it will be Locksmith Master Shop. A friend of mine lost her purse that had everything – her phone, wallet, keys, and cards. She had to get home to her kids ( whom she had left with a sitter) and needed access to the car. I called Locksmith Master Shop and explained the situation. They sent a technician to the location in quick time. I’d called them around 10 pm and they got there by 10:25 pm. I thought it would take forever since I knew how modern cars were – you needed to not just cut but also program the keys. The technician from Locksmith Master Shop, James I think, really knew his stuff. He had this fully equipped workshop in his van that allowed him to make a key onsite. Very reasonably priced too (it would have cost twice the time and money at the dealership). I can’t recommend them enough! No competition in Willow Grove, PA 19090…

I got locked out and called Locksmith Master Shop tonight. Took them a bit longer to arrive than expected, but they more than made up for it with some of the best customer service I've ever had in Willow Grove, PA. Guys were very friendly on the phone and in person. Scott did battle with an incredibly stubborn lock that would not give, and even made things harder for himself by not drilling out the protective plate. He could have easily have just insisted on drilling it out to make things simpler, but he worked around it. Then he took just as much time to make sure the new lock worked perfectly, even breaking out a small metal file to trim off a bit on the strike plate at one point. Through all the frustrations he was upbeat and friendly. I would have been throwing things and cussing up a storm. Definitely give these guys a try. I can't imagine you'll be disappointed.

Locksmith Master Shop is fantastic! I hired them for the first time yesterday after getting locked out of my office cabin. I found it embarrassing to admit that I’d lost the keys and claim another set and so, decided to get keys made from external sources. A colleague recommended them and passed on their number 610-241-1104. Thank you guys for getting me out of a tough spot in less than half an hour! just had the cylinder changed on my apartment door lock because my former super was recently arrested for using duplicate keys to break into apartments. Creepy, right? I went with Locksmith Master Shop after seeing all these positive Online reviews, and it was such a positive experience I feel like I have to chime in and give him five stars too. Shon was right on time for our appointment, worked quickly, did the whole thing for exactly what he quoted me, and it turns out he got his dog from the same rescue place where I got my cat! I guess that last part doesn't really reflect on his locksmithing skills, but he was super-nice. If I ever need a locksmith again, no question about who I'll call.

We were looking for a complete security overhaul of the office space and were completely prepared for this to take a while and cost a hefty sum. However, none of that happened! Locksmith Master Shop agreed to send a team after all the employees had left to ensure there’s no disruption. The entire process took less than two hours and was completed in a reasonable price.
