Services are prompt and affordable! After the locksmith I’d hired didn’t show up even after two hours, I decided to call Locksmith & Key Store after I found them online. Despite such short notice, they were able to send a team over to my place. I needed all the locks in the building rekeyed. Gary from Locksmith & Key Store supervised the entire work from start to finish and had the work completed sooner than I expected. The team finished the job within two hours. Can’t believe how fast and hassle-free their service is!!! MY VERDICT: I can’t begin to thank these guys for the wonderful work done at such an unbelievable price. If you live in Cedarhurst, NY, consider yourself lucky because you’ve got Locksmith & Key Store for help! They’re the best! Can’t recommend them highly!!!

PHENOMENAL!!! I just don’t think there’s another word that befits the description of what Locksmith & Key Store is all about! Don’t know which is better, their services or the low rates at which they offer them.. My daughter ended up locking herself out of our home (for the umpteenth time) only last week. As usual, I asked her to wait it out at her aunt’s by the time the guy I usually called got there. Despite waiting for two hours, he wasn’t there. After endless follow-up calls he flatly told me that he couldn’t make it cos he was on the other side of the town. Infuriated beyond words, I looked online and found Locksmith & Key Store. These guys had amazing reviews and decided to give them a try. Within ten minutes, someone from Locksmith & Key Store reached the place and my daughter was back inside in no time. And the best part was the price!!! I was charged half of what I’m usually charged by other locksmiths. David even suggested installing a smartphone operated smart lock owing to the remarkable track record my daughter had when it came to losing keys! I scheduled an appointment for the installation the very next day. Who wouldn’t? Cedarhurst, NY is extremely fortunate to have Locksmith & Key Store… 10 on 10 for service and prices! I called Locksmith & Key Store today because I am moving out of an apartment and wanted to swap out the lock that I had installed for the one that was there when I moved in. Ben, the locksmith, showed up on time 5 min early actually and even taught me how to do it myself in the future. It was done quickly. Ben is very personable and as an added bonus, he's a total cutie!! In a nutshell, great service at a reasonable price. I definitely recommend them.

Turning my key upon returning home, the cylinder surrounding the key popped out. Pins went flying everywhere. My jaw dropped--locks aren't supposed to just break! But within five minutes, I'd regained my composure well enough to do a quick search online. Locksmith & Key Store came out at the top of my list, so I called and spoke to possibly the most pleasant professional ever. Our locksmith was out at the time, but he set an appointment for a few hours later and even showed up a few minutes early. He was visibly competent and worked fast, all while keeping up a friendly conversation and explaining what he was doing. Even though it turned out we needed to replace the whole lock, the total price was still well within reach. He even accepted our credit card via an app on his iPhone. Highly recommended.

Trust me when I say this, Locksmith & Key Store is truly the best locksmith company in Cedarhurst, NY! This isn’t something I’m saying after receiving a one-time good service from these guys. I’ve had terrible experiences with locksmiths in the past. Few tried to charge me four times greater than the service was actually worth, few have made me wait for hours at a stretch, few had done such a poor job that I had to call someone again. To sum it all up, it was all nightmarish and I always regretted the moment when I had to pick up the phone and call a locksmith again. But when I came across Locksmith & Key Store’s website a few weeks back after carrying out an online search, little did I know how my entire opinion was about to be altered. They’re quite unlike the rest! The technicians are talented, courteous, and carry out their work with integrity. Flat rates, quality products, prompt service, no upselling and zero extra charges – what more could I ask for? I’ve called them nearly three times and not once have they been late or I’ve been charged more than necessary. I don’t think there could be anyone that’s any better in the entire Cedarhurst, NY. Keep up the good job!!!!
