I highly discourage this company. I purchased a home last month the pre-purchase inspector reported the A/C did not work properly. I required by contract for a repair of the condition. The previous home owner chose this company to service and check the system. The report I received from COMECH stated everything was working based on the receipt and email chain. I was skeptical to say the least. I had an opportunity to check the system yesterday and the A/C clearly does not work properly. I ran the system for an hour with a one degree drop in temperature and the outside Freon line was not damp or condensing which is a clear indicator for even an amateur technician the system is not working properly. I would not trust this company to service or check your A/C. This will require a major repair at cost to me.
