I can help you recognize and alter patterns in your life, develop new skills to improve your relationships with friends, family and coworkers and move toward greater happiness and personal fulfillment. As an individual therapist, I work with persons across southeast Oklahoma to resolve a variety of emotional and behavioral issues, building on existing strengths, while focusing on solutions to get you the positive results you want. In addition to traditional therapy/counseling, I offer strategic life coaching via the net and clinical supervision for MSW graduates. Psychotherapy is never one size fits all. Each person comes with their own unique set of struggles and concerns. I pride myself in creating individualized treatment tailored to suit your specific needs. My private practice is not your typical counseling agency atmosphere.
