Hired Locksmith & Lock Store this weekend after a colleague highly recommended it. My verdict? 10/10. Good response, super fast arrival time, friendly and talented technicians, a staggering assortment of locks and affordable pricing. Plus, their service is completely mobile which means you don’t have to visit the workshop yourself. Besides the convenience, they also give you the complete freedom to choose your own time of appointment. I fixed mine at 11 pm. I’ve hired several firms in Arlington, TX in the past and it’s not hard for me to adjudge the best of the lot. Take my word for it and hire Locksmith & Lock Store. I’m sure you’ll not find a reason to complain.

Leave it to me to be a drunkass and lose my keys one month into moving into my new apartment after having lived in doorman buildings with extra keys for the past 8 years... Finally decided I needed to get a new lock installed, and called this place on a late Saturday afternoon. When I told him I'd like him to come ""as soon as possible"" he said he would be able to come the next morning since I'm on the UWS...fine with me. About an hour and a half later he called again saying that he had a recommendation for a place closer to me that could come right away if I would like, since it sounded ""urgent"". Now THAT is amazing customer service. Todd installed my lock within 20 minutes and I will never use anyone else. Super nice, legit (i.e. non shady), and professional. Amazing Locksmith Service!!! I called several Locksmith Companies in Arlington, TX area and Locksmith & Lock Store was by far the cheapest. They were able to arrive at whatever time I requested and provided fast and friendly service. They will definitely be my go-to locksmith from now on!

I called Locksmith & Lock Store today to have some locks re-keyed. I'm glad I called. They had someone close by named Allen who was great. He showed up at the time I requested with only about 2 hour notice.He was able to re-key all seven locks in about 40 minutes. All for $100 with the 2 keys. If you need someone who will actually show for the job I recommend Locksmith & Lock Store !

Quick and great Locksmith Service. Price is the best in the area! I called and he came within 10-15 (probably depends on the area though) and literally opened my front door in a minute! You can tell he has years of experience. Hopefully I don't get locked out again but if I do Locksmith & Lock Store will be the one I call :)

Great service! Pricing was fair and their website was very helpful in helping me determine what we needed. I made sure to call around different locksmiths, even tried service magic, when we decided we needed a new cylinder for our lock. They were able to come within an hour of me calling. When I first scheduled to have my lock replaced, no one came to my apt. I thought I was receiving second class treatment because I had a Groupon, but it turned out that the guy had an accident earlier that day. I spoke with Jerry and he said he would personally come to complete the job. He was really nice. My security guards were giving us a hard time and he kept a good humor about the whole situation. He also upgraded my lock because of the issue with the first the appointment which I really appreciated. Todd was sweet, professional and prompt. I would recommend him to all my friends.
