Jacob arrived when he said he would, but because of my building's rules he wasn't able to complete the top lock installation. Oh my god, these guys are great. I've lived in Duncanville , TX for 11 years and have had some horrendous experiences with locksmiths. These guys are totally professional and truly good people.
